Daniel Kofensteiner

Daniel Kofensteiner is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Growth Orthopedics since August 2025, Kofensteiner previously held the position of Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of People at Empower Aesthetics from November 2023 to August 2025. Prior to that, Kofensteiner was Vice President of Human Resources at Sanova Dermatology from September 2017 to November 2023, and Director of Human Resources at Urology Austin from January 2012 to September 2017. Kofensteiner began the career as Human Resources Manager at ICON Hospital from January 2010 to January 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Edward's University.
