Naomi Hamilton

Naomi Hamilton is an experienced professional in talent and operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Operations at Growth Partners since November 2023. Previously, Naomi held the position of Head of Interim at tml Partners, a global executive marketing recruitment specialist, since March 2020. Naomi's prior roles include Senior Consultant and Manager of Corporate Affairs at Carter Murray, where support was provided across interim and permanent roles in communications, and positions at VMAGROUP as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on corporate communications and digital recruitment.
