Felipe Ramírez is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of CRO at Banco Security, where initiatives for client acquisition, activation, and revenue optimization are being led across various banking channels. In addition, Felipe mentors startups throughout LATAM with Growth Rockstar, while previously holding roles such as Product Owner at Digevo, where the DIGEVO Ads platform was developed, and CTO & Director of Digital Experience at Rompecabeza Digital, overseeing a diverse team and a range of digital services. Felipe's expertise extends to project leadership in business intelligence and digital analytics at Alborada Inversiones, as well as product management roles at Rompecabeza Digital and Kptive.media. Felipe holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, and has also completed specialized education in Data Science and Financial Direction from MIT xPRO and Universidad de Chile, respectively.
