Chaitanya Nadkarny

Chaitanya Nadkarny serves as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director at STARS Forum, an organization focused on enhancing skills and entrepreneurship in rural communities. Since June 2016, Chaitanya has also worked as a Team and Executive Coach, specializing in leadership development for senior executives across various industries. As a cofounder of Ragya.com, Chaitanya promotes Indian Classical Music and provides advisory support to Technogise Private Limited, an emerging IT consultancy. Chaitanya's past experience includes significant roles at Rang De, ThoughtWorks, and CMC Limited, leading initiatives in social impact, agile transformation, and technology delivery. Education includes degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, as well as advanced training in Executive Coaching and Public Policy.
