Angelina Koutsomitopoulou

Angelina Koutsomitopoulou currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece, since August 2025. Prior to this role, Angelina held various leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Human Resources Director for the Balkans from May 2023 to July 2025, and at Piraeus Bank, where experience included Senior Director roles in Organizational Development, Risk Culture, People Development & Culture, and Group Organizational Learning & Human Resources Development from May 2017 to May 2023. Angelina's extensive career began at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A., where multiple HR-focused roles ranged from HR Director of Commercial Activities to Recruitment Coordinator. Academic qualifications include an MSc in International Management from the University of Reading and a BSc in Management & Organizational Behavior from The American College of Greece, along with a high school diploma from Pierce College.
