Shavita B. has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Shavita began their career as a Co-Founder of Satzire Web Media. In 2016, they joined GrowthPlug as the Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder, where they were responsible for hiring for Customer Success, Business Development & Marketing roles. Shavita later took on the role of CEO & Co-Founder at GrowthPlug.

Shavita B. completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Jammu between 1999 and 2002. Shavita then went on to receive their Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Jammu between 2002 and 2005.
