Kate Elkington

Kate Elkington is an experienced asset manager currently serving at Growthpoint Properties Australia since February 2022, where responsibilities include asset management along with a prior role as Assistant Asset Manager. In addition, Kate has been a Committee Member on the Future Directions Committee at the Property Council of Australia since January 2023. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at M3 Property from March 2013 to January 2022, culminating in the position of Director. Kate's leadership experience also includes serving as Chairperson for the Young Property Professionals (YPP) at the Australian Property Institute from January 2018 to December 2020, along with various committee roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Property and Valuations (Honours) from RMIT University, completed between 2012 and 2016, and a foundational education at Ruyton Girls' School from 2006 to 2011.
