Michael Winnel

Michael Winnel, CFA, currently serves as Fund Manager at Growthpoint Properties Australia since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Fund Manager and Investment Manager at ESR Australia from April 2019 to September 2023. Michael's experience also includes serving as Investment Manager at Propertylink Group and Portfolio Manager and Assistant Portfolio Manager at AMP Capital from June 2012 to April 2019. Michael began the professional journey as Assistant Fund Manager (Property) at AMP Capital Investors, working there from January 2006 to July 2011. Educational qualifications include a BCom and BIT in Finance and IT from The Australian National University, complemented by completion of the CFA program at CFA Institute from 2012 to 2014.
