Stephanie Rowlands

Stephanie Rowlands is an experienced professional in asset and property management, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Growthpoint Properties Australia since April 2021, following the acquisition of Fortius by Growthpoint. Prior to this, Stephanie held the role of Assistant Asset Manager at Fortius from April 2021 to September 2022, and previously worked as a Property Manager at Colliers International and Knight Frank Australia, where responsibilities included various roles in property management and administration. Stephanie began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at OPUS Design Store and completed a Human Resources internship at Allianz. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on Business, Management, and Marketing.
