Lacey French

Lacey French's work experience includes positions at GrowthSpace, 2U, Union College, and Middlebury College. From 2022 to the present, they have worked as a Customer Success Manager at GrowthSpace, where they focus on data-driven, measurable, and personalized Learning and Development for employees. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy General Manager at 2U from 2020 to 2021. Lacey also held various sales positions at 2U from 2012 to 2019, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, Sales Manager, and Account Executive. Before joining 2U, they worked as the Head Coach at Union College from 2003 to 2012 and as an Assistant Coach at Middlebury College from 2001 to 2003.
