Tiffany Greene, CPC, ELI-MP

Tiffany Greene, ACC, CPC, ELI-MP has extensive work experience in human resources and career coaching. Tiffany is currently working as an HR Mentor at Growthspace since February 2023. Prior to this, they founded their own company, Tiffany Greene Career Coaching & HR Consulting LLC, in 2022, where they serve as the Founder, Career & Leadership Coach. In this role, they partner with professionals and leaders to align their core values with their work and develop strategies to achieve their career goals. Tiffany also provides leadership coaching to help leaders optimize their performance and overcome challenges.

Before starting their own business, Tiffany worked at Disability Management Services, Inc. for over a decade, initially as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from August 2007 to December 2010, and then as the Vice President of Human Resources from January 2011 to present. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager - Central Services at Amphenol TCS from December 2005 to June 2007, and the Human Resources Manager at Teradyne from June 2000 to December 2005. Tiffany began their career at Teradyne as a Human Resources Generalist/HR Specialist from June 1996 to May 2000.

Tiffany Greene obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.

Tiffany has also earned several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate from the Healing Racism Institute of Pioneer Valley for completing their Healing Racism Institute program. In 2009, they completed the Springfield Leadership Institute at Western New England University. Furthermore, they obtained the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification and the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching in November 2022 and October 2022, respectively.

Tiffany Greene is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, which they achieved in June 2023. Tiffany holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in April 2022. Additionally, they are a member of the International Coaching Federation, as evidenced by their ICF Member Badge obtained in September 2022.
