Vareesha Sachan is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship and business strategy. As the Founder of WINK&WISH since January 2023, Vareesha focuses on integrating artisanal crafts with consumer interests. Vareesha also serves as a Fellow at GrowthX, where coursework centered on solving growth challenges and scaling user engagement was completed. Previously, Vareesha held the role of Manager in Sales Strategy at PayU, leading product launches and geographic expansion strategies. Other notable positions include Management Trainee at Sattviko, where a gamified incentive platform was piloted, and Portfolio Manager at Jagriti Enterprise Centre-Purvanchal, which involved developing incubation models and leading entrepreneurial initiatives. Vareesha's educational background comprises an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian School of Business and an Integrated MSc in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, along with further studies in Economics at The London School of Economics.
