KC Brager has extensive experience in customer support and technical leadership, currently serving as Customer Support Supervisor at GrowthZone AMS since July 2017, following roles such as Customer Success Technical Lead and Support Account Manager. Prior to this, KC worked as Service Manager at Deerwood Technologies and spent a decade at Landis+Gyr as Service Desk Lead, where responsibilities included developing workflow processes aligned with ITIL standards and training personnel. Earlier career highlights include managing IT operations as IT and Office Manager at DECO, Inc., providing IT support in a mixed platform environment at Nelson-Tremain Partnership, and overseeing project management for large-scale implementations at United Electric. Initial experience in technical support and process analysis was gained at First Tech Computer, where KC established a department and streamlined workflows.
