Sarah Holder

Sarah Holder started their work experience as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Buena Vista University Fort Dodge Center from 2007 to 2010. Sarah then joined Hoonuit and served in various roles, including Director of Product Management - Professional Development from 2018 to 2020, and Instructional Designer & Team Lead from 2013 to 2018. In these positions, they were responsible for designing and implementing professional development modules and managing budgets. Sarah then worked at the Iowa Department of Corrections as the Director Of Training & LMS Administrator from 2020 to 2022, where they implemented a new Learning Management System and developed employee training programs. Currently, they are working at GrowthZone AMS as a Principal Product Manager, translating strategic visions into high-level roadmaps and collaborating with internal teams and customers to identify product enhancements.

Sarah Holder has a Master of Science degree in Educational Technology/Instructional Design from Boise State University. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Lawrence University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Product-Led Growth Certificate from ProductLed, a Pragmatic Institute PMC Level 1 certification from Pragmatic Institute, an Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, a Google Apps Certified Administrator certification from Google, and a State of Iowa Teaching License from the Iowa Department of Education.
