Gustavo Braga

Gustavo Braga is a seasoned professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Principal Product Manager for both Orders & Last Mile and Post Purchase at Zé Delivery since July 2024. Prior to this role, Gustavo held the position of Global DTC Customer Experience Manager at AB InBev from November 2022 to July 2024 and served as Customer Experience Manager at Zé Delivery from January 2021 to November 2022. Gustavo's earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Cabify, encompassing Operational, Customer Excellence, Quality, and Logistics Management from March 2017 to November 2020, as well as engineering positions at MULTITEC Engenharia e Automação SC Ltda from January 2013 to March 2017. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, both from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, completed in 2015 and 2012, respectively.
