Ashutosh Naik

Ashutosh Naik is the Chief Compliance Officer at Groww. Prior to this, they were the Head of Compliance and Secretarial at IIFL Wealth from December 2011 to October 2020. Ashutosh has also worked with Principal Asset Management Private Limited as the Company Secretary from November 2007 to December 2011 and Kotak Mahindra Bank as the AVP from March 2005 to October 2007. Ashutosh started their career as the Assistant Company Secretary at IDBI Bank from January 2002 to February 2005 and then worked as the Manager at Mehta & Mehta from January 1999 to January 2002.

Ashutosh Naik has an ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an SSC from St. Annes High School, Orlem.
