Manish S Sugandhi is an accomplished product management leader with extensive experience in building and innovating consumer products. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Groww, India, since October 2020, Manish has led the development of a 0-1 consumer lending product aimed at enhancing financial inclusion and has implemented Gen AI tools for the Help & Support platform, impacting over 20 million active users. Previously, as a Group Product Manager at Groww, Manish focused on product strategy for Stocks and drove growth initiatives to improve user engagement. Before Groww, Manish co-founded GrabOnRent, a product rental platform, and Perdix Business Solutions, a design solutions company. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Flipkart and a Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad, alongside earlier work as a Brand Strategist at TripEngineers. Manish holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
