Dhana Sekar

Dhana Sekar has over 20 years of work experience in the hotel and resort industry. Dhana started their career as a Technical Apprentice at The Ashok Beach Resort in India in 2000. Dhana then worked at Radisson Blu By GRT Hotels & Resorts, starting as a Junior Technician in 2001 and progressing to Senior Technician. In 2008, they moved to Radison Blu By GRT Hotels & Resorts as a Trainee Supervisor before becoming a Technical Supervisor at Radisson Blu By GRT Hotels & Resorts in 2010. Dhana then joined RAMANI HOTELS LIMITED as a Shift Engineer in 2012 and later became an MEP Project Engineer. In 2015, Dhana Sekar joined GRT Hotels & Resorts as a Project Engineer and was later promoted to Deputy Chief Engineer in 2018.

Dhana Sekar completed their Diploma of Education in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from PSB Polytechnic College in India from 1997 to 2000. Dhana then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MIET Chennai from 2008 to 2012. Finally, they went on to complete their Master of Engineering (ME) in Electrical Power System from MIET Chennai from 2012 to 2014.
