Elizabeth Goodrich Cobb

Elizabeth Goodrich Cobb, EdD, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Grubb Properties since February 2024. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of CHRO Advisor at FutureSolve from June 2022 to February 2024, providing HR advisory services and integrated technology solutions. An academic role as a University Lecturer in the Leadership Signature Program at Clemson University was undertaken from August 2022 to May 2023. Elizabeth's extensive experience includes over nine years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Heights Finance Corporation until its acquisition in December 2021, and numerous leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America spanning from 1994 to 2012. Additionally, Elizabeth was a Change Management Consultant at Accenture early in their career. Elizabeth earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.
