Adam Mackow

Adam Mackow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam is currently the Director of Client Success at GRUBBRR™, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ShipMonk from April 2018 to June 2022, where they served as the Merchant Experience Manager and played a vital role in revolutionizing eCommerce order fulfillment.

Before joining ShipMonk, Adam served as the Sales and Customer Service Manager at DipYourCar.com from June 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they collaborated closely with the CEO and oversaw the Customer Service Department. Adam was also involved in the company's website overhaul and managed its social media accounts.

Adam Mackow also gained valuable experience at Madison Area YMCA, where they worked as a Sports Director from April 2013 to June 2014. In this position, they were responsible for creating and implementing youth sports programs and achieved significant growth within the department.

Adam's career began as a Teacher in the Palm Beach County School District, where they taught first and second grade from 2006 to 2012. Adam excelled in teaching, tutoring, and coaching students and was selected to mentor new teachers. Additionally, they developed innovative programs for the students.
