Mary Outcalt

Mary Outcalt has extensive experience in training, operations, and community engagement, currently serving as a Learning Solutions Associate at Grubhub since December 2020. In this role, Mary leads onboarding and training for the Restaurant Network and facilitates ongoing skill development while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance learning experiences. Previously, Mary held positions at Grubhub that included Team Lead of Operations and Restaurant Fulfillment Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, optimizing processes, and fostering client relationships. Earlier experience includes community management at WeWork, marketing and studio management at Flywheel Sports, teaching artistry with a focus on youth education, and implementing drama therapy for adolescents. Mary Outcalt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of Arizona.
