Waldemar Colón

Waldemar Colón is an accomplished business advisor and executive legal leader with extensive experience in corporate law and operations. They currently serve as the Deputy General Counsel at Grubhub, having previously held key positions such as Vice President of Legal & General Counsel at Foxtrot and Senior Director, Managing Counsel at Peet's Coffee. Waldemar earned their Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School and holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to their current role, they worked at prestigious firms and corporations, including Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Abbott Laboratories.
