James Gruddy

James Gruddy is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Managing Director at Grucon Consulting Ltd since September 2023. Previously, James held the position of Construction Director for EMEA at Yondr Group until March 2025. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Project Manager at Icon from January 2017 to September 2023, and Senior Project Coordinator at Probuild Constructions from April 2015 to December 2016. James began a notable career at Lendlease, progressing from Site Engineer to Senior Project Engineer between August 2010 and April 2015.
