Ada Gao

Ada Gao began their work experience in 2002 as a Marketing Representative at INVISTA, where they managed key accounts and initiated co-branding activities. Ada then joined 3M as a Marketing Analyst, where they conducted market analysis and developed marketing plans. In 2006, Ada joined Dow Chemical as a Marketing Communications Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, leading the development and implementation of the integrated communications plan. Ada later served as the Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia and the Marketing Development Manager for Architectural Coatings. Ada then transitioned to Axalta Coating Systems, where they served as the Corporate Marketing Service Group Leader, driving brand differentiation and implementing marketing communications strategies. Currently, Ada is working at GRUNDFOS as the Global Marketing Director for the Food & Beverage Industry, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

Ada Gao earned a Bachelor's degree from Donghua University between 1995 and 1999. Later, between 2015 and 2017, Ada attended Mannheim Business School where they pursued an EMBA degree in the TongJi - Mannheim EMBA program.
