Andrei Melnikov

Andrei Melnikov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrei began their career as a Business Analyst at Accenture in 2007 and later worked as an Analyst at HSBC. In 2009, they joined Verity Advisors as an Associate before moving to The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2011. Andrei then joined Eurasian Resources Group in 2014, starting as a Senior Manager for Strategic Development before becoming a Group Director for Strategy and M&A. Andrei also served as an Executive Committee member and Head of Business Analytics, responsible for transforming the group-wide planning system and implementing key business improvement measures. In 2021, Andrei became a Senior Advisor for Investment Governance and International Projects at Eurasian Resources Group. Andrei is currently the Head of Strategic Planning & Intelligence at GRUNDFOS.

Andrei Melnikov completed their Master's degree in Finance at the New Economic School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
