Charmaine Rodrigues

Charmaine Rodrigues is an accomplished HR Director currently serving as the Global Head of Learning, Leadership & Talent Development at GRUNDFOS since May 2021. With a robust background in talent optimization and learning strategy, Charmaine has built the Grundfos People Development blueprint, introduced LinkedIn Learning to the organization, and is driving initiatives for an inclusive learning environment for 20,000 employees globally. Previous roles include Head of Talent Optimisation at Emirates Group, where Charmaine led the redesign of leadership and talent portfolios, and Talent Optimisation Lead, focusing on coaching and mentoring strategies.
