Claus Aagaard

Claus Aagaard is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and strategies. Currently serving as a Board Member for GRUNDFOS and Bread for the City, Claus has held the position of CFO at Mars since April 2001, overseeing financial operations, enterprise strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Claus previously held the role of Global VP Finance for Mars Petcare, managing a $15 billion revenue segment and contributing significantly to its growth. Prior experience includes various finance leadership roles at Arla Foods, where Claus served as Finance Director for UK operations and held positions in corporate finance and strategic planning. Claus holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from Handelshojskolen i Herning, complemented by education from Herning Gymnasium.
