Frederik Aaris Ricken

Frederik Aaris Ricken has diverse work experience starting from 2018. Frederik worked at JOE & THE JUICE as a Shift Manager from January to June 2018. Later, they worked as a Social Ambassador and also as a Bar Manager part-time from August 2018 to July 2022. In 2021, Frederik joined GRUNDFOS as a Student Assistant for HR Business Partnering in Global Technology & Innovation, where they supported various HR functions and implemented initiatives for employee engagement. Frederik also worked as a Student Assistant for COO Business HR from September 2022, contributing to the development and execution of the COO DE&I strategy. Currently, Frederik is working as a Students @ Grundfos Community Lead, where they founded and managed a community for students, organized events, and contributed to discussions within the Future Employee Resource Group.

Frederik Aaris Ricken completed their education at Aalborg University from 2022 to 2024, earning a Master of Science degree in Kommunikation. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Virksomhedskommunikation (IVK) with a specialization in Business Communication in English from Aarhus University, graduating in 2022. In 2014 to 2017, Frederik studied at Viborg Katedralskole, focusing on Business & Politics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications through LinkedIn and GRUNDFOS in various areas such as strategic thinking, project management, emotional intelligence, HR business partnership, and diversity and inclusion.
