Hanne Hoberg

Hanne Hoberg has a diverse work experience starting from being a Student Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in 2010. Hanne then worked as an Analyst & Intern at CEB, now Gartner, from 2012 to 2013, where they developed an automated reporting tool for HR benchmarking. After that, they joined Hiab as a Global Sales & Markets Trainee & Intern in 2015, where they performed competitor and market analysis and supported the implementation of a corporate sales funnel tool.

In 2016, Hanne joined Gartner as an HR Management Consultant & Senior Specialist, where they supported global companies in various Talent Management projects and performed benchmarking analysis for international HR functions. Hanne then worked at Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) Anstalt öffentlichen Rechts as an HR Specialist Project Management from 2018 to 2020, where they managed HR process optimization projects and coached Project Managers in applying project management methods.

From 2020 to 2022, Hanne worked at Kellogg Company, first as a Workforce Analytics and Planning Associate Manager, where they managed analytics projects, built HR analytics capabilities, and designed self-service dashboards. Later, they became the People Analytics Manager Europe, responsible for embedding the global People Analytics strategy in Europe and leading the implementation of new People Analytics technology.

Currently, Hanne Hoberg is working at GRUNDFOS as the Lead People Analytics Specialist, starting from 2023.

Hanne Hoberg's education history is as follows:

- From 2023 to 2025, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in People Analytics from the University of Hull.

- In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

- In 2018, they completed a Nanodegree in Data Analyst from Udacity.

- In the same year, they also earned a Nanodegree in Business Analyst from Udacity.

- Between 2013 and 2015, they attended Stockholm University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Management Studies.

- In 2014 and 2015, they studied Strategic Business Development at Umeå University.

- From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

- In 2011 and 2012, they studied Business Administration at Thompson Rivers University.

Additionally, they hold several certifications, including the Strategic Workforce Planning Certificate from the Human Capital Institute and the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software. Hanne has also completed various courses and certifications in data analysis and manipulation, as well as in HR and workforce analytics.
