Ivanka Pavlovic

Ivanka Pavlovic has a diverse range of HR experience spanning over 12 years. Their most recent role was as the Chief HR Business Partner for the CMO & Europe Sales, Water Utility at GRUNDFOS, where they supported business unit activities and motivated management to deliver great leadership. Prior to that, they were the Lead HR Business Partner for Europe, Water Utility also at GRUNDFOS, where they translated business plans into value-adding HR plans. Before joining GRUNDFOS, they worked at Delhaize Group as an HR Business Partner and Recruitment and Selection Specialist, where they focused on employee development, performance appraisal, and recruitment strategies. Ivanka also gained experience as a Recruitment and Selection Associate at Delta Maxi Group. Their expertise includes project management, global HR, talent acquisition, and training and development.

Ivanka Pavlovic graduated with a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade. Ivanka also received additional certifications from various institutions, such as the Josh Bersin Academy and the F-Top Institute. These certifications include programs in strategic HR, data analysis, and project management. Ivanka has also obtained certifications in personality and ability assessment, leadership, coaching, and assessment and development center implementation.
