Jacob Nielsen is currently the Global Lead for GenderBalance@Grundfos, overseeing the development and deployment of global strategies aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jacob has extensive experience in people analytics and strategic advisory roles, previously serving as a People Insights Partner at the LEGO Group and as a Senior People Analytics Specialist at Grundfos. Jacob's background includes significant contributions to organizational structuring, data-driven decision-making, and internal consulting, supported by a strong educational foundation in Business Intelligence and Economics from Aarhus University. In addition to professional roles, Jacob has held leadership positions in student organizations, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and collaboration.
