Jelena Ferrara

Jelena Ferrara currently serves as the Head of Group Strategy (CSO) at GRUNDFOS since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jelena held various leadership positions at Schneider Electric, including Vice President of Strategy and Global Head of M&A as well as Vice President of Strategy and M&A; Global Head of Market Intelligence from April 2022 to August 2025. Jelena's experience spans corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions in multiple organizations, including Siemens Energy and Siemens, where Jelena served as Vice President and Director respectively. Early career roles included strategic planning and financial analysis at Siemens Healthineers and other firms. Jelena's educational background includes an MBA from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and certifications in negotiations and project management.
