Kristina Thejls

Kristina Thejls has over nine years of experience at GRUNDFOS, currently serving as the Sr. Global Sales Excellence & PMO Manager for the Industry division. Kristina has played a pivotal role in transforming Service & Solutions from a reactive to a proactive business model by establishing commercial excellence practices and co-leading a program for Authorised Service Partners. Previous roles at GRUNDFOS include Commercial Excellence Manager and Strategy Consultant, where Kristina drove strategic initiatives and facilitated collaboration across regions and functions. Earlier experiences include positions at Studenterlauget as a Student Assistant and Instructor, as well as a Commercial Trainee at The Royal Danish Embassy in Prague. Kristina holds an MSc in International Business and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration, both from Aarhus University.
