Michele Sterlecchini

Michele Sterlecchini has an extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Michele started their career at Honeywell Garrett as a Physical Flow Leader, where they were responsible for plant physical flows, inventory forecasting, and implementing a Bounded Warehouse. Michele then moved on to Honeywell Turbo Technologies as a Site Planning Manager, overseeing planning activities, inventory strategies, and managing a team of 12 people. At Honeywell, they also held various roles such as Global Transportation and Packaging Manager, Sr. Manager Logistics and SIOP, and Director Global Supply Chain. In 2017, Michele joined GRUNDFOS as Vice President Supply Chain Management and later became the Head of Operations, Domestic Building Services. Michele has a proven track record of achieving inventory reductions, improving cycle times, and effectively managing global supply chains.

Michele Sterlecchini earned a degree in Environment Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Bologna in Bologna, Italy between 2002 and 2005. The degree focused on Environment and Civil Engineering.
