Mikkel Haggren Brynildsen

Mikkel Haggren Brynildsen has a diverse work experience. Mikkel Haggren started their career as a consultant at Printca, specializing in measurement system analysis. Mikkel Haggren then worked as a developer at Framemakers for three years. During their time at Ingeniøforening, IDA, they held the role of a kursusholder, providing courses in html and flash for engineering students.

Brynildsen pursued their academic career by joining Aalborg University as a Ph.D. student in Mathematical Physics. Mikkel Haggren'sresearch focused on mathematical quantum physics, under the supervision of Horia D. Cornean. Mikkel Haggren also received a fellowship from Institut Mittag-Leffler, where they worked as a researcher for a brief period.

Following their Ph.D., Brynildsen took on the role of a teacher at Støvring Gymnasium, and later became an external lecturer at Aalborg University. Mikkel Haggren then joined GRUNDFOS as a Senior Data Scientist before being promoted to Chief Data Scientist. Additionally, they are a member of the Aftagerpanel at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Aalborg University. Throughout their career, Brynildsen demonstrated expertise in data science, teaching, and mathematical research.

Mikkel Haggren Brynildsen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, which was obtained from Aalborg University between 2011 and 2014. Mikkel Haggren also completed a three-day board education program in Business Administration and Management from Board Company in 2021. Prior to that, Mikkel pursued a Candidate degree in Physics and Mathematics from Aalborg University from 2007 to 2011. In 1998, they obtained a degree as a Rytmisk Musikpædagog (Rhythmic Music Pedagogue) with a specialization in Rytmisk Guitar and Sammenspil from The Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus/Aalborg. Additionally, Mikkel has a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera, completed in 2022.
