Sören von Essen

Sören von Essen is a Business Designer and Innovation Lead at GRUNDFOS since September 2019, focusing on developing sustainable water solutions within the company's FutureLab. Sören's role involves nurturing ideas from ideation to incubation. Previously, Sören participated in a Global Graduate program at GRUNDFOS, experiencing diverse functions including Group Marketing & Sales Excellence, Customer Success Management, and roles within the FutureLab. Prior to this, Sören gained experience as a Working Student in Product & Innovation Management at nexMart GmbH & Co. KG and served as an eCommerce Manager at KRIEG Industriegeräte GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included budget planning and online marketing. Sören holds a Master of Science in Innovation, Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Dynamics from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management in Commerce from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
