Matti Pellikka

Matti Pellikka is a seasoned expert in imaging, image processing, and computer vision algorithm design, currently serving in the Algorithms department at Grundium since August 2016. Prior to this role, Pellikka held positions at Microsoft as a Senior Engineer focusing on touch algorithms for mobile devices, and at Nokia as a Principal Engineer specializing in sensor algorithms for user interaction. Academic experience includes significant research at Tampere University of Technology, where Pellikka contributed to differential geometry and algebraic topology in applied electromagnetics while also teaching electromagnetic field theory. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Doctor of Science in Technology, both in relevant fields from Tampere University of Technology.
