Esther Kremer

Esther Kremer, LL.M. (VUW), is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Since October 2014, Esther has been with Die Grünenthal Gruppe, serving as Senior Legal Counsel and progressively taking on leadership roles in the General Counsel Area Excellence and Global Legal Operations. In addition, Esther held the position of Managing Director at Adhesys Medical GmbH from April 2019 to December 2023, and served as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Mestex AG from December 2021 to August 2023. Prior legal expertise includes a tenure as In-House Counsel at Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (DZNE) from October 2010 to September 2014. Esther's educational background comprises a Second State Examination in Law from the District Court Berlin, a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from Victoria University of Wellington, and a First State Examination in Law from Freie Universität Berlin, complemented by studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
