Hector Herrera Seittiffe has extensive experience in commercial performance, field force excellence, and marketing management within the pharmaceutical industry. Hector held various roles at El Grupo Grünenthal, including Head of Global Field Force Excellence and Global Head of Commercial Performance. Hector also worked at Cargill as an Assistant Plant Manager. Throughout their career, they have led strategic initiatives, managed marketing strategies, and facilitated successful integration projects.

Hector Herrera Seittiffe earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Fermín Toro from 1995 to 2000. In 2004, they pursued an International MBA at IE Business School. Later in 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing from IESA.
