Márton has held various roles such as Global Category Manager, Senior Indirects Strategic Buyer, and Marketing Buyer, focusing on areas such as e-Mobility, metering technology, and professional services. Márton has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement reporting throughout their career.

Márton Kovács completed a BA in Economics and Human Resources at Zsigmond Király College from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Professional Buyer, Postgraduate Certification Programme in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from EIPM - The European Institute of Purchasing Management.
