As Director of Estimating, Erik oversees the estimating team in the creation of budgets, estimates and price proposals through process improvement, workload and project assignments, quality management and estimate reviews. By harnessing his 12 years of experience, he establishes standardized procedures, methods and processes for bidding and stays informed on industry developments applicable to estimating.
