Brett Kulesza

Brett Kulesza is a results-driven leader specializing in process improvement and financial excellence, with extensive experience in finance and operations within small to medium-sized businesses. They served as Controller and later as VP of Operations at Solo Brands, driving growth and efficiency through operational enhancements and executive collaboration. Currently, Brett is the VP of Operations at Grüns and a Volunteer Board Member for the Town of Hickory Creek. They hold a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and are pursuing further education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
