Henryk Kubiczek

Henryk Kubiczek has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Henryk started their career in 2001 at Metso Automation Polska, where they served as an Area Service Manager until 2008. Henryk then joined Innowacja Polska as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at EC Electronics Sp. z o.o. for a brief period. Later that year, they moved to EDF Polska and served as an R&D Project Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they held the role of Vice Director of R&D at PGE Energia Ciepła (previously EDF Polska). In 2018, they became the Director of Research and Development at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are the Corporate Department of Strategy and Development Director at Grupa Azoty S.A., a role they have been in since November 2021.

Henryk Kubiczek completed their postgraduate studies in Business Management at the Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Krakow School of Business KUE in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology from 1995 to 2000.
