Remigiusz Konior

Remigiusz Konior has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Procurement Manager at Organika-Sarzyna S.A., where they developed and executed procurement strategies for technical and raw materials. Remigiusz then moved on to CIECH Sarzyna S.A. in 2013 and served as the Technical Director and Head of Investment and Technical Department until 2019. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and supervising maintenance and modernization projects, as well as overseeing the maintenance and investment procurement team. Since November 2019, Remigiusz Konior has been working at Grupa Azoty S.A. as the Head of Technical Department for the Plastics Business Segment. Their responsibilities include organizing and supervising maintenance, implementing and completing modernization projects, and developing preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.

Remigiusz Konior has a background in engineering and business. Remigiusz studied Mechanika i budowa maszyn at Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza and Rachunkowość at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Remigiusz also pursued TPM Champion at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości. In addition to their education, Konior has obtained several certifications, including TPM Champion from LUQAM Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., Auditor ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 from Swisscert Sp. z o.o., Auditor ISO 9001 from Grupa DEKRA w Polsce, and Auditor wiodący Systemu Zarządzania Energią ISO 50001:2011 from Bureau Veritas. Remigiusz has also received certifications in Business Higher (BEC Higher) CEFR C1 from Cambridge English Language Assessment, Lean & Six-Sigma Green Belt from Lubuski Instytut Jakości, Manager Techniczny from BalticBerg Consulting, and Zarządzanie projektami from Management Training & Development Center MT&DC.
