Daria Bakuła has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Daria started their career as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Grupa Progres in August 2016 and worked there until April 2017. After that, they joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Recruitment & Employer-Branding Assistant in April 2017 and later transitioned to the role of Recruitment Specialist in September 2017. Daria worked at JTI until February 2020. In May 2020, Daria joined Doradca Komplex as a Specjalista ds. Administracyjno-personalnych and worked there until December 2021. Currently, they are working as a Junior HR Business Partner at Grupa Maspex since January 2023.
