Krzysztof Put has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Krzysztof is currently the Plant Director at Grupa Maspex, where they manage a large production plant with over 750 employees. Prior to this, Krzysztof worked as a Supply Chain Capability Development Expert at Coca Cola Bottling Investment Group (BIG), and as an Interim Plant Manager at Oerlemans Foods Nederland B.V. In previous roles, they served as the Plant Manager at Stock Spirits Group, where they managed a team of 250 employees, and at Coca-Cola HBC, where they were responsible for optimizing production processes and ensuring safety and environmental standards. Krzysztof also worked as a Production Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil and as a Department Supervisor at CANPACK Group (ex OPAKOMET), where they successfully implemented a new production line.
Krzysztof Put pursued their education at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki from 1983 to 1989. During this time, they completed their Master of Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Chemical and Food Industry Equipment.
