Mateusz Ganski

Mateusz Ganski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and finance. Currently serving as Head of PMO and CPMO Manager at Grupa Maspex since April 2008, Mateusz leads a team of over ten project managers and oversees the successful delivery of strategic projects, managing a product portfolio of over 300 items and various CAPEX and outsourcing projects. Additionally, Mateusz holds the position of Director of Finance at PMI PC Krakow Branch since March 2022. Previous roles include Project Manager and Senior Project Specialist at Grupa Maspex, where key contributions included team development and project management methodology implementation. Mateusz began their career as a Metalworking Machine Operator at PONAR Wadowice. Educationally, Mateusz holds a Magister prawa degree from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
