Magdalena Orchowicz has extensive work experience in the hotel industry. Magdalena started their career at Radisson Blu, where they held various roles including Guest Service Representative, Reservation Specialist, Meetings & Events Specialist, and Sales and Marketing Specialist. After that, they joined Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Senior Sales Manager and later became an Inspired Meetings Manager. Magdalena then moved to AccorHotels, where they worked as a Regional Account Manager and eventually became a Senior Sales Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Sales and Marketing Department at Polski Holding Hotelowy. Throughout their career, Magdalena has been responsible for developing hotel strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, generating new business, and providing excellent customer service.
Magdalena Orchowicz has a solid educational background in administration and public administration. Magdalena obtained their Bachelor of Administration, specializing in Public Administration, from Dolnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Służb Publicznych "Asesor" between 2003 and 2006. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Administration from the University of Wroclaw, within the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics, from 2006 to 2008.
In addition to their academic degrees, Magdalena Orchowicz has also obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the Polska Federacja Rynku Nieruchomości in July 2021.
