Ricardo Ferreira de Sousa

Ricardo Ferreira de Sousa is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Country Head for Brazil, LATAM, and North America at Grupo ADI Chemical Products since January 2024, while also holding the role of Regional Business Head for the Americas. Previously, Ricardo led as Head of BPT Brazil at Archroma from December 2017 to January 2024 and served as COO at Latina Têxtil and Diklatex between February 2016 and December 2017. With a strong background in supply chain management as demonstrated during tenures as Director of Supply Chain at Grupo Scalina and extensive experience in textile sales at Clariant and Vicunha Têxtil, Ricardo has excelled in driving operational efficiency and strategic business initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's and Teaching Degree in Chemistry and Physics from FURB.
