Fernando Serra

Fernando Serra is an experienced Operations Manager with a comprehensive background in the management of IT services and operations across multiple companies. Currently at Grupo Ageas Portugal since May 2016, Fernando oversees operations, building on a previous tenure at AXA Technologies where responsibilities included coordinating operations teams and managing incidents and changes. Fernando's career began at PGA Portugalia Airlines, where roles included managing back office and telecommunications teams. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Informatics/Telcommunications from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa and further education at Oasys Paris.
